Your new role:
- Remote completion of software installation,
- Creation of changes in order to execute request in following units,
- Creation of SAP assignments as part of IMAC commissioning,
- Processing of case-reassignments and email demands,
- Monitoring the status of ongoing tasks/cases, information to the users after completion.
What do we require from you?
Our perfect candidate likes helping other people and speaks fluent German and good English. If you have an experience in service desk environment or a customer-care experience. Moreover, you are an analytical personality type with high willingness to learn new things with strong team spirit, you should probably apply.
