Responsibilities:
- 2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor IP equipment (Cisco, Thomson, Juniper, OneAccess, Huawei)
- 2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor transmission equipment (SDH, PDH, xWDM: Marconi, Alcatel, Lucent, Siemens, Adva, Huawei)
- 2nd Level Troubleshooting (Voice TDM, NGN SIP network) and analysis of multi-vendor fixed voice equipment (NSN (Class 5), Italtel (Class 5, Class 4), One Access (CNG), Huawei)
- Incident Management & Ticket Handling
- Service Provisioning
- Configuration of fixed net IP systems and tools
- Escalation management
Qualifications:
- Languages: Good German & English
- Experience in Fixed line network /or IP network troubleshooting
- On call duty out of office time
