Your tasks:
- handle incoming requests from customers and 1st level agents
- perform initial assessment, diagnosis and remote IT systems support
- provide in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of hardware or software problems with the use of diagnostic tools
- cooperate with other levels of technical support and field service engineers
- escalate potential problems and complex incidents
- observe technical or process problems and offer improvement suggestions
Requirements:
- good communication skills in German and English
- technical or IT background required
- experience in a similar position desired
- good manner in phone conversations
- willingness to work in the shift system
- pro customer attitude, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
