This position serves as the conduit between IT and Franklin Templeton sales teams; translating business needs into IT requirements.  You will be involved in ‘end to end’ system improvements, creating and optimizing both system and business processes, as well as supporting international sales teams with training and best practices. 

Key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Carrying out ‘end to end’ system improvements, including requirement analysis, design, testing and business rollout
  • Having a full understanding of sales team system needs, with a focus on CRM
  • Understand and create/optimize business processes
  • Define and optimize system processes
  • Collaborating with the business, developers and other change teams
  • Working on multiple projects/initiatives following the agile methodology, across the international business
  • Working with developers to resolve system bugs and completing ad-hoc tasks
  • Conducting training of new and existing functionalities for internal users
  • Build relationships with users and management to implement processes, drive system usage and move changes forward

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Higher education (IT or Business related an advantage)
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience leading/contributing to project development (with Agile experience an advantage)
  • User Support and training experience
  • Experience in system analysis, excel, workflow tools (JIRA or similar)
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Independent, Committed, Self-Motivated, Organized
  • CRM exposure/experience an advantage
  • Experience creating and defining system and business processes an advantage
  • Open to occasional travel 
  • Able to attend calls in the early morning or late evening on occasion if needed
