For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:
Cognos Junior/Cognos Senior

COGNOS Senior

• At least 4 years of experience with building complex Framework Manager models and BI-objects;
• Very good knowledge of Cognos 10.2 concept (incl. collaboration of Web-Server, Tomcat and Windows configuration);
• Several years of practical experience with Cognos tools Report Studio, Framework Manger, Workspace/ Workspace Advanced, Cube Designer, Cognos for Office, Analysis for Excel, Transformer (OLAP-Cubes);
• Very good knowledge about software development regarding Cognos, Web Technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML);
• Very good knowledge of Javascript;
• Several years of practical experience with databases and strong SQL knowledge;
• Understanding of Information Design;
• General knowledge of project management and software engineering processes;
• Business understanding (e.g. ensuring that technical solution are simple, reliable and cost effective);
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written.

  COGNOS Junior

• General knowledge of Cognos 10.2 concept;
• Basic understanding of Cognos concept (incl. collaboration of Web-Server and Tomcat);
• First practical experience with Cognos tools Report Studio, Workspace/Workspace Advanced;
• Understanding of Cognos Framework Manager concept;
• General knowledge of software development;
• Some years of practical experience with databases and good SQL knowledge;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
