Customer Success Specialist

For our Client from Netherlands we are looking for Customer Success Specialist!

Location: Cracow but you can also work remotely.

What you will be responsible for:
• Configuration of onboarding apps for our international clients
• Participating in configuration calls and workshops
• Working with the rest of the Customer Success team to optimize and improve our customer success processes
• Following up on client support tickets

What you need to have:
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent professional experience
• A first experience in HR, Communications or Customer Service
• Professional fluency in English
• Global mindset & well travelled
• Pragmatic and adapts easily to changing priorities
• Strong social and communication skills
• Creative thinker & good problem solving skills
• Affinity to tech
• You like to work hard & play hard

Skills that will truly set you apart from the rest:
• Other European languages, especially French or German
• Familiarity with HTML and ability to work in HTML environments
• Graphic design experience
