Main responsibilities:

• Deliver 2nd level support to Ossur and other WHD companies worldwide, including troubleshooting, analysis, improvement of MS SQL/Windows Server Infrastructure
• Interact with business and 1st line support to understand needs perform analysis, design and deployment of IT infrastructure
• Identifies alternatives and present recommendations that meet user needs and comply with established standards
• Ensure all requests are priorities and managed pro-actively according to impact, escalating problems as required
• Follow up on incidents and issues in cooperation with colleagues from different worldwide locations
• Contribute to continuous of daily work

 Skills / knowledge / experience:

• You have 2-3 years of experience on similar position
• You communicate effortlesly in English
• You have good knowledge of MS SQL Server (2008, 2010, 2012, 20...), their maintenance and daily operations
• You are proficient in Microsoft solutions (Windows Server 2008/2012R2), Active Directory, Services, GPO etc).
• You have knowledge of Hyper-V i VMware
• You are familiar with ITIL processes and procedures
• Ready to work in two shifted schedule (16/5)
