Main responsibilities:

• You will be working on the core system (part of transaction banking) of one of the leading banks in Germany
• You will support us in the following areas:
  • You provide KPIs and reporting for a service oriented team
  • You will contribute to the successful release and transition of new IT services
  • You will be responsible for building up and leading the BPM team at CERI
  • You provide, supervise, and manage IT development in coordination with the customer
  • You deliver training for the CERI-team on standard applications

 Job requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master"s degree in a technical field required
• You are familiar with a three tier architecture to handle them in terms of administration, deployment and error correction
  • Red hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Oracle Database System
  • IBM Business Process Manager, IBM WebSphere - Application Server / -MQ
• You have to understand and maintain technical documentation
• You should have least 8 years of relevant IT work experience including some years of team leading experience
• Knowledge of ITIL is not a must have, but a huge benefit
• If you do not fulfill all of the above, but have similar experiences and are highly motivated to learn new tasks - then we would still like to get to know you!
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities, working both independently and within a team
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team, including strong proven leadership qualities
• Ability to interpret and translate between client and technical staff including strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You enjoy working directly with your customers - service orientation is important in your daily working life
• You can motivate yourself to work independently, but you also enjoy working in an (international) team
• You have long experience working in English (e.g. telephone conferences, read/write technical documentations), but Polish is your native language. Experience in German would be an extra asset.
• You are willing to participate in trainings abroad
