    For our Client, an international well established fashion retailer, we are currently looking for:

    EDI Senior Administrator

    location: Warszawa

     

     The Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all External Data Interfaces (EDI) with our Business Partners. Ensure they are functioning at the expected level of services
    • Be the first point of detection for any EDI issues, organize first analysis and recovery steps
    • Be the point of contact for incidents and handle communication with partners (corners, wholesales, etc.)
    • Managing and monitoring of EDI services on Web Methods (Software AG). Verifying expected services are delivered in alignment with pre-defined SLAs
    • Measuring quality of the platform and SLAs
    • Optimizing the scheduling of jobs, proposing improvements, verifying performances of the services
    • Establishing standards for monitoring process and tooling
    • Organizing the monitoring of solution and delivering reports
    • Supporting the business team, organizing communications during *Incident Management / Outage, organizing the escalation process and making sure everything is solved within the required delays
    • Making sure all incidents, problems, changes are tracked in the IT-SM solution in accordance with ITIL best practices
    • Maintaining documentation

     

     We expect you have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with EDI technologies
    • Perfect knowledge of EDI standards and technologies
    • Strong knowledge of Run and Service Delivery
    • Experience in documenting and modelling complex IT landscapes
    • University degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
    • Fluency in English both written and spoken
    • Good communication skills

     

     Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of SAP environments
    • Experience in SOA environments
    • Working experience in Retail, Logistics
    • ITIL knowledge
    • Knowledge and working experience with Web Methods (Enterprise *Service Bus ESB, Cloud Integration, EDI, Trade Network, Business Process Management BPM, Business Application Monitoring BAM, B2B)
    • Experience with Project Management
