    your daily tasks

    • you will be responsible for new features delivery, projects and tasks estimation, technical decomposition
    • you will be deeply involved in the release process, you will manage and improve it
    • you will implement KPI and team performance metrics and technical metrics of the project (team, block)
    • you will take active participation in product incidents, research problems and report improvements
    • you will support relevant parts of the product within the cross-team work
    • you will be responsible for RC environment
    • you will be handling requests from other teams and covering cross-team communication
    • you will be responsible for planning, hiring, and managing the team's headcount, initiating one-to-one, performance review meetings among the team-members
    • you will conduct job interviews and create onboarding plans for new colleagues
    • you will be assuring feedback to support your team's development

    your skills

    • 3+ years of previous software development and engineering leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
    • leading successful engineering teams, including mentoring engineers and managers
    • strong knowledge of at least one of the following stack (backend, frontend, quality assurance) and a wide understanding of others
    • hands-on experience with several programming languages and frameworks (preferably PHP, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React)
    • complete understanding and experience of the product development and operations processes
    • the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
    • ability to deliver high-quality products within a fast-pacing, entrepreneurial, purpose-driven environment
    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline
    • experience with Agile development methodologies
    • proficiency in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages
