For our Client - One of the largest heat producer in Europe with well-developed IT Centers - we are looking for IT Specialist to monitoring department in Gliwice (shift-work).
Your new role
You will resolve standard and complex problems on a daily basis. You will cooperate with first and third line of support, and follow the implemented processes (ITIL). This role is also connected with active participation in conducted projects and analysis activities that can be implemented to constantly improve workflow at the department.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate for IT Specialist position, you need to have experience in IT environment and very good English level due to regular contact with users or co-workers from different localisations. Good understanding of network, servers and applications support environment is also important. This role requires availability for shift work. ITIL certificate will be an asset.
