For our client,a leader in the development and deployment of advanced technologies, we are actually looking for:
Java Developer - JEE( working in agile methodology)
location: Katowice
Key duties:
- Working on the design, implementation and maintenance in the agile methodology;
- Designing and coding complex application using modern technologies based on JEE stack;
- Analysing software requirements to determine feasible solutions within time and cost constraints;
- Colaborating with quality assurance engineers to understand problems, debug application and fix issues;
- Optimizing existing code.
Position requirements:
- Good Java programming skills;
- Minimum 2 years experience in software development;
- Experience with design patterns and SOLID design principles;
- Experience with SQL and Oracle database;
- Familiar with Continuous Integration;
- Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux;
- Experience with TDD and testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito);
- At least good English (used in day to day business);
- Opened mind and can do" attitude.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JEE: Spring, hibernate, EJB, JSF, JPA;
- Web application developement: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
