The mission of End User Support IT Team is to provide high-level technical support to all employees of the Bank and to ensure that all IT systems, hardware and telecom devices are working properly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first level IT support, working on Helpdesk Hotline and Service Now system
- Supporting all operational activity in IT
- Installing software on bank’s PCs
- Managing email system, user accounts and accesses
- Supporting workstations hardware, printers, mobile phones and other equipment, care about service
- Managing IT Fixed Assets
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor or Master degree in Informatics or Electronics/Telecommunications will be an asset
- Experience in administrating Microsoft Windows and Active Directory services will be an asset
- Good communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
- Advanced time and priority management talent
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
