Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day, hands-on technical support of production and development SQL Server instances running on Windows Server
- Work as part of a technical support team (L2, L3) delivering a quality service to multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software product in a follow-the-sun support model.
- Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems.
