JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand software
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming will be an advantage
- Knowledge of MSSQL/POSTGRESQL programming will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Java/Python programming will be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of electrical testing, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Solid knowledge of electrical measurement devices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well in English, verbally and through written documentation
- Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment
- Requires a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or the equivalent technical experience
- Experience in industrial production will be an advantage
DUTIES
- Develop functions and test cases in NI LabView, NI TestStand
- Develop and maintain software tools for production and test engineering group
- Develop and deploy test equipment and test stands used for production
- Work with Development Engineers to establish test requirements and test strategies for new production products
- Provide documentation of delivered work
- Implement software changes in production equipment if necessary
- Assuring compliance to rules and regulations
