Job requirements:

• Experience in management of international projects where geographic distribution and multiculturalism play an important part,
• Experience in the management of SW Product Development projects,
• The flawless command of the English language (both written and spoken),
• Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity,
• Process improvement drive, ability to look back, inspect and adapt,
• Ability to coach and lead,
• Engagement and team-play,
• A proven track record in projects implemented on at least one of the following platforms: Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Symbian, Maemo/Meego, Blackberry,
• Experience with work for external customers,
• Scrum (or other Agile) development method experience,
• Passion about mobile technology,
• Familiarity with L3 software support tasks, especially incident and problem management.
• Attention to detail.

 Good to have skills:

• Hands on experience in a technical role on a Mobile SW project or with the following technologies: C, C++, C#, Java, Qt, XAML or with UX design,
• Ability to influence UX design creatively-simplify and innovate.
