Tasks:

• Engage and work closely with software engineers, product and operations teams to deliver features and drive problem resolution post launch
• Gather detailed functional requirements, collaborate with business stakeholders, UI designers, software engineers, and software testers to identify feature details and build a product backlog
• Define, drive, measure and continuously improve development processes to improve team efficiency
• Define and build metrics to measure success and identify areas of improvement
• Assist with monitoring web analytics and improving search engine optimization of website
• Tracking modern trends in web site development

 Skills / knowledge / experience:

• 2+ year experience working with web based products in a position of a product owner or website product manager
• High level understanding of front end technologies and frameworks
• Experience with different web analytics softwares
• Previous involvement with online registration forms
• Understanding and broad knowledge of content management systems
• Understanding of core concepts of search engine optimization
• Extensive experience in understanding business requirements and turning them into user stories and technical specifications
• Proven ability to work cross functionally to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people
• Excellent communication skills (both in Polish and English)

 Good to have skills:

• Experience in Agile development process (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of tools supporting teamwork
