Main responsibilities:
- Achievement of project targets according QCD-P
- Ensures coherence between project goals and customer needs
- Leads modifications process (change requests, cost reductions, lead-time & targets)
- Manages budgets & team resources
- Develops and tracks project planning, defines and tracks targets for each BB function
- Assures compliance of WABCO’s and customers’ quality plan: Zero Defects focused
- Drives projects through phases & gate reviews
- Enhance project communication by DRM
- Leads cross functional project teams
- Animates risk assessment, escalations and continuous improvement proposals
- Ensures execution of all roadmaps within project
- Set objectives and yearly targets for all BB members based on the capacity calculation from the different functional leaders
- Assess continuously performance of BB members
- Provides the yearly Performance assessment
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management in the automotive industry
- Minimum 6 years of experience in team management
- Fluent in English and other European language (German, French, Polish) is an asset
- Willingness to travel
