Position description:

• Leading a team of QA Engineers across projects
• Coordination of test efforts across locations
• Contributing in designing and implementation of the Quality Strategy
• Synchronization with management across locations
• Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test concepts and test plans
• Defining test objectives, coordinating writing and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Documenting identified defects and reporting his work to superviser
• Cooperating with developers and business analysts to resolve any product issue
• Mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
• Setting up and maintaining test environments
• Track and report on software quality trends during software release cycles

 Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance or Test Engineer
• Minimum 1 year experience as a QA Leader in leading a team or Senior Test Engineer in designing and executing manual or automated test cases
• Knowledge of software testing concepts including: regression, unit, integration, load, white box, black box, positive, negative, mocking, boundary testing, scalability, traceability etc.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Ability to solve problems with strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Willingness to take responsibility for the team and deliverables to customer
• Knowledge of tools: HP QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, GIT
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Bachelors's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

 Good to have skills:

• Experience with contemporary quality approaches such as TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD
• Experience in test automation
• Experience in non-functional testing
• Knowledge one of technologies: Jenkins, Tomcat Apache, JMeter
• ISTQB Certification Advanced Level (CTAL)
