Job description:

• Managing Scrum process - facilitating planning sessions, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives
• Working on continuous team and process improvement, removing impediments
• Coaching team with Agile and XP practices like: TDD, Code Review, Pair programming
• Coaching team and organization constantly remaining about Scrum pillars

 We expect you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Scrum Master role
• Very good understanding of Scrum pillars and importance of scrum events and artifacts
• Knowledge of continuous deployment, Agile and XP practices
• At least basic knowledge about Lean methodology
• Perfect communication and problem solving skills
• Scrum Master certificate would be a plus
• Fluent in English
