Key responsibilities:
Working as a Senior Test Engineer, you will:
- Develop test plans and test procedures based on customer requirements
- Plan and execute all activities in an efficient manner with minimal supervision
- Identify opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for changes
- Execute end-to-end regression, acceptance and certification tests
- Ensure that testing methodology, techniques and standards are followed
- Work with the team to ensure successful defect resolution
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of two years’experience working in Agile software development
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Solid Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns and technique
- Genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow
- Ability to resolve tensions within the team
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed international teams
Distinct advantage will be any of the following:
- Experience in supporting more than one Scrum team from different locations
- Practical knowledge of software development methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- Willingness to learn and to work with new Digital TV technologies
- Ability to travel will be a plus
