The Key Responsibilities:

• Repairing smart phones and tablets, primarily Apple, Samsung and Huawei, in order to get access to the customer data
• Responsible for diagnosing faults within devices
• Organize spare parts needed for repair
• Using English every day in communication with employees all over the world
• Working WITH your managers, not FOR them

 We expect you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Desirable education: electronics technician
• Soldering skills
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Smartphone hardware experience
• Excellent knowledge of Apple, Samsung and Huawei devices
• Ability to work within a team and to use your own initiative
• Demonstrate a keen desire to learn and develop new skills
• Thorough, attention to detail and a desire to maintain high quality
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills* Understanding of operating systems for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Familiarity with device configuration and management
• Working knowledge of backup and archive management of mobile devices and related software tools
• Experience in defining repair processes e.g. as a technical supervisor
