On behalf of our key Client, a global company we are currently looking for Software Upgrade Planner who will join Warsaw`s office.
Your new role
Project Management
- Ownership of each Upgrade project from start to finish.
- Hold kick off meetings with customers remotely or onsite with the assistance of a technical specialist.
- Ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the implications of any upgrade work being undertaken before that work commences.
- Provide and maintain all documentation required to support a software upgrade.
- Being available as required to take calls from customers, engineers and distributors pertaining to an upgrade.
- Maintain customer records in Customer Lifecycle Management system throughout the upgrade process.
- Escalate to management any technical issues that are likely to become significant, including potential issues preventing new software rollouts.
- Escalate issues and concerns over the technical competence and distributor engineers that may have come to light through daily interactions.
- Ensure that at all times, Business Units and distributors are kept updated with progress of any issues being dealt with.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate has an professional experience in project management. Fluent English and second European language preferably French or German is must to have. We are looking for candidate with technical skills in PC/Network Computing and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Visio. During job in our company you will work in international team and you should be able to travel 30% of your time.
