For our Client, an international company we are seeking for System Administrator - Wintel Administrator.
Your new role
Systems Administrator: Monitors the daily operation of the company’s Windows servers both on premises and through cloud providers, provides level 3 user support for all issues arising around the Windows server operations, assists in the upgrading of O/S, utility and application software and performs security authorisations for users at the O/S and applications level under supervision. Moreover, Wintel Administrator works closely with the Help Desk and Applications groups during the roll out of applications to understand fully any requirements and performance implications,tests new utilities and applications, reports results before roll out and assists in maintaining system related documentation.Responds to all assigned audit points resulting from an audit. Decisions made by Wintel Administrator will have significant impact on system availability and business processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to have experience working with cloud solutions and strong knowledge of Microsoft server OS (2012/2016).Understanding of virtualization required. Additionally, we would like you to have general knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and authentication protocols, working knowledge of Network and network protocols (DNS, DHCP, etc). Moreover, you need to be detail oriented, have good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively. Relevant candidate should have an ability to work directly with middle management as well as employees throughout a global organization. Due to work in international environment strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required. Microsoft MCSA\MCSA, Virtualization Certification, Cloud certifications a plus.
