- Knowledge of SAP HR will be an advantage.
- Experience in gathering requirement specifications for developers.
- Certification in Project Management - such as PMP/ IPMA/Prince 2.
- Experience in SCRUM/Agile Project Management.
- Fluent English – written and spoken (C1).
- Communication with senior management and manage many stakeholders.
- Experience of process optimization.
- ITIL Certification or willing to pass
