The Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the day-to-day process of software product delivery using scrum development principles and practices
• Run daily stand-up meetings, planning games, showcases, and retrospectives
• Maintain visibility of the required up-to-date information
• Track agreed metrics on a regular basis
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the scrum framework

 Skills / knowledge / experience:

• Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
• Commercial experience in the use of scrum methodologies
• At least 2 years work experience as a project manager
• Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
• Fluent English
