Your responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service in English
• Building up positive relationships with customers
• Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Providing explanations in relation to customer complaints - both written and by phone

 Position requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL - preferably MS-SQL
• Knowledge of XML
• Patience and accuracy
• Very Good command of English.

 Will be considered as a major plus:

• XSLT and/or Java
