Tasks:

• Enter/submit international transactions including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, special payments, etc. into PeopleSoft.
• Create and generate various data reports from PeopleSoft
• Provide PeopleSoft Training to new HC colleagues in EMEA
• Perform routine data audits
• PeopleSoft data entry for UK payroll

 Skills / knowledge / experience:

• Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration or similar HR Information System
• Data entry experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal oversight
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural environment
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Experience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a similar professional services industry will be a plus
