For our client, an international company, we are currently looking for the position:
HC Operations - PeopleSoft Specialist
location: Warszawa
Tasks:
- Enter/submit international transactions including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, special payments, etc. into PeopleSoft.
- Create and generate various data reports from PeopleSoft
- Provide PeopleSoft Training to new HC colleagues in EMEA
- Perform routine data audits
- PeopleSoft data entry for UK payroll
Skills / knowledge / experience:
- Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration or similar HR Information System
- Data entry experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural environment
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Experience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a similar professional services industry will be a plus
- Sense of humour
