Project Data Specialist

Your tasks:

• Gather, organize and maintain data infrastructure from multiple sources;
  
• Verify data integrity for consistent analysis;
  
• Resolve data integrity issues and monitor infrastructure workflows to gate / delay deployments;
  
• Perform data validation checks and relate data contents to business meaning;
  
• Manage infrastructure data, calculations and analysis to enable business activities (e.g. time booking for Finance actual cost, resource profiles for HR competence system, etc.);
  
• Perform standard / ah-hoc analysis to support reporting of key stakeholders (PMO, project managers, etc.);
  
• Support the operations in project planning / forecasting and track changes in databases experiments;
  
• Support the operations in tools development or deployment.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science/Information or equivalent;
  
• Advanced IT skills for data management (examples: Clarity, SAP);
  
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets / Excel (pivots, macros, queries and connections) and data visualization;
  
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly find anomalies;
  
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Can-do, hands-on attitude (determination to complete tasks timely);
  
• Communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, SharePoint, other MS tools);
  
• Quick learner, ability to understand complex business processes and systems quickly;
  
• Very good English, spoken and written.
