Scrum Master

For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Scrum Master.

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Working in an international environment - Cooperating with Product Owners, Project Managers and Line of Business - Improving Scrum Team velocity - Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices - Removing blockers to ensure team performance - Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team - Provide servant leadership to the Scrum Team. This person should personify Scrum and Agile - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on their use of Agile/Scrum practices and values - Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to self-organize effectively - Helping the team reach higher levels of maturity in their Agile/Scrum approach - Help ensure that the Scrum Team works at a sustainable pace - Remove impediments or guide the team on removing impediments - Build trust and an environment where problems can be surfaced without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving - Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work - Foster a culture of collaboration and self-organization - Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution - Improve transparency and visibility. Radiate information - Guide the Product Owner especially in refining and managing the product backlog

REQUIREMENTS: - At least 1 year of experience in playing the Scrum Master role for software development team - Deep knowledge and understanding of Agile values, principles, practices and theory - At least 3 years of experience in agile software development department - Leadership skills and respectful approach to different opinions - Very good knowledge of English - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work autonomously in fast pace environment NICE TO HAVE: - Scrum Master certification /PSM I/ - A university degree or equivalent - Project management experience - People management experience - Previous exposure to budget management
