Duties:
- Monitor the general mailbox and HPSM raised tickets
- Monitor application and database logs
- Coordinate task resolution with other teams
- Coordinate root cause analysis
- Coordinate testing for bug fixes inform requestor on status and resolution
- Maintenance planning and coordination
- Manage requests for access
- Loading data
- Capturing and processing changes in HPSM
- Adaptation of interfaces in case of modified connected systems
- Creating snapshots of PROD
- Support of configuration tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Min. B2 English
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Practical knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change management)
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL (or MS SQL)
- At least 2 years of experience in providing service & applications support (efficient handling of incidents, problems and changes)
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- Experience in working with HPSM and JIRA
- Experience in 2nd line support of medium applications
