Your tasks:
• Responsible for electronic design of Core/Application ECU;
• Designs updates according to Engineering Change process;
• Compiles and edits application specific safety analysis (eg. DFMEA, SPFM/LFM, WCA ,etc.);
• Compiles and edits application specific documentation;
• Prepares of engineering and release related reports;
• Supports Quality Managements System.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, (Master's preferred);
• 6+ years of experience with strong functional/product knowledge in relevant hardware development positions;
• Experience with circuit simulation tools;
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN and other automotive communication protocols;
• A mix of hardware and software knowledge;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Functional Safety Standard: ISO-26262;
• Excellent project and planning abilities;
• Superior interpersonal, communications and listening skills;
• Strong drive for teamwork with a customer-oriented approach to projects;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft® Word and Excel;
• English language competency - both oral and written.
Preferred Skills and experience:
• Experience in the Automotive and/or Electronics industries;
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting.
