Key duties:

• Taking full responsibility for the support of 3 US/UK data centers
• Working with the latest storage and compute technologies tools
• Work within a VMware virtual environment
• Having long term vision of multiple projects
• Using English every day in communication with native speakers
• Working WITH your manager, not FOR them

 Desired skills & experience:

• Strong administration and configuration experience with the following
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013
  • Email Archiving Solutions
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Lync
  • Backups
• Resource optimization, high availability architecture for Exchange, and best practice configuration experience.
• Experience in supporting remote environments
• Strong problem solving and problem management skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Focus on continuous improvements
• Team player
• Good communication skills
