Infrastructure department on RUN support (1 -2 line) on one of the biggest projects in Europe
We are looking for 2-3 people for RUN SUPPORT, 1 for CHANGE

Requirements:

• Education: MSC level in Information Technology or sufficient relevant job experience
• Excellent knowledge of Sybase environment, preferably on Solaris and/or Linux systems (>10 years of professional working experience)
• Knowledge of service protection, backup and recovery of Sybase databases in the area of Unix and Linux
• Experience related to monitoring and tuning of Sybase databases (SQL analysis)
• Able to work independently without manager’s supervision, leading improvement activities
• Willingness to work with multiple technologies (Database, Operating System, Middleware)
• Knowledge of Process Management Best Practices (example ITIL) and related tooling (HP SM, HP OVO, REMEDY)
• Highly desirable – knowledge of Websphere MQ / MQFTE, Windows Operating System, Unix Operating Systems, backup tools, automation tools (Salt, Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
