Key duties:

• Managing testing team activities in international corporate environment
• Working closely with Project Manager(s), QA Manager(s), product owners and IT development teams
• Designing test strategy and plan including test scenarios, schedule, roles & responsibilities, defect tracking procedures
• Coordinating test plan execution with teams in geographically distributed locations in Europe
• Providing regular reporting to the Projects Management
• Management effective communication among the internal customer's business users
• Management of cooperation with external service providers
• Building strategy of planning tests and testing applications for internal international customers

 Must have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
• Minimum 1 year as a test leader in IT development or implementation projects
• Strong understanding of and passion for software testing theory with focus on business needs
• Experience in functional and non-functional tests
• Test scenarios design and execution
• Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, or any other)
• Fluent English both oral and written
• Availability to travel within Europe (approximately 10% of time)
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability
• Commercial awareness to be able to view situations from a business perspective
• Proven organizational skills with experience of working in medium to large teams and multiple departments
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 Good to have:

• Experience with test automation both Websites and Application
• Certification in test methodology
